Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) is transitional housing support designed to support participants as they prepare to transition into their permanent home.

 

We work closely with referrers, participants, carers, and families to match accommodation that meet individual needs.

While the process of MTA varies considerably from one participant to the next, our team can provide a general guide to the process involved. The complexity of the referral will impact the process and length and may include accessibility assessments, onsite inspections, and funding approval (if not already approved).

Our experienced team work closely with the referral team to achieve the best outcome for the participant and their goals.
